We’ve mentioned before that one of our clients is the charity, GAIN, set up to raise awareness of Guillain-Barre syndrome and provide support to those recently diagnosed with the illness. One of the ways they are raising awareness is by encouraging people to hold tea parties this summer.
At ACES Marketing we’ve decided to get behind the initiative and host our own tea party at our HQ in Effingham, Surrey. GAIN duly sent us their tea party kit, which includes leaflets, cake toppers and a rather cute tortoise-shaped biscuit cutter.
My daughter wasted no time in putting the biscuit cutter to good use as you can see from the picture – I’m pleased to report the biscuits taste as good as they look!
If you’d like to join us for a slice of cake, a cup of tea (or perhaps a glass of something a little stronger!) put Tuesday 16th July in your calendar. Our plan is to kick things off around 1pm and finish around 4pm.
